Park Plazas

Park Plazas is a Neighborhood of Trails and Trees and the first "PUD", Planned Unit Development, with a Homeowners Association and Protective Covenants in Santa Fe ... We have a full time manager and groundskeepers.The subdivision has grown to be a mature and "user friendly" neighborhood with welcoming entries and intimate cul-de-sacs. The common land is used for walking trails, tennis courts, off leash dog area, outdoor exercise areas, playgrounds, a ball field, entries, perimeter fencing and outdoor RV storage. We have healthy reserves and a wonderful organization that protects our property values but not lax or watchdog.
